Artificial Intelligence (AI) provides capabilities to address some of the biggest challenges in education today, innovate teaching and learning practices and accelerate progress towards inclusive, equitable and quality education. However, rapid technological developments inevitably lead to addressing the existing digital divide in education, which has so far outpaced policy debates and generic and regulatory frameworks. This research aims to support the education system in harnessing the potential of AI technologies to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with an emphasis on SDG 4.
